Renew and Update Your Membership
Is it time to renew your membership? Not sure? This page will provide a useful overview of the renewal process.
This process is now running automatically via the new website platform. All Radio Club of America memberships renew at the end of the calendar year, regardless of join date. If your membership is up for renewal, you will be prompted to renew upon login. If you do not see the option to renew, your membership is still in good standing. A quick review of your member profile will provide your expiry date.
You have 45 days from expiration date to renew your membership. The process is very straightforward - you will click on "Member Login" in the upper right hand corner of the website. If you don't know your login or password, you can click on the prompt for "Forgot Password" and the system will automatically send you your information. If you don't receive it, it is possible that we have a different email address on file for you. Please contact our office for assistance correcting or updating your email information.
Once logged in, you will be prompted to "Renew Now".
We highly encourage you to take this opportunity to update your profile (click on "Profile" at the dropdown arrow in the upper right corner) to update your email address, mailing address, and complete your bio and upload a photo, among other additional information. Our hope is that all members will take five minutes to complete their profile, so that all members have the opportunity to learn about each other, do some networking or even find resources and industry partners to collaborate with.
