The Westin New York at Times Square will serve as the host hotel for the 2026 RCA Banquet & Technical Symposium. Reserve your room early to take advantage of our special group rate and be at the center of all the week's activities.

Hotel Accommodations

Host Hotel: The Westin New York at Times Square
Special RCA Room Rate: $349 per night, plus applicable state and local taxes.
Extended Availability: The group rate is available up to three days before and three days after the event, subject to hotel availability.
Reservation Deadline: Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
Guarantee Required: Reservations must be secured with either a first night's room deposit or a major credit card.

Exclusive Technical Tours

Enhance your symposium experience by participating in one of our exclusive technical tours, offered exclusively to attendees.

Our first confirmed tour is a behind-the-scenes visit to the Empire State Building Communications Center.
Additional tours are being finalized and will be announced as they are confirmed.
Tours will be scheduled on:
- Thursday, November 19 (concluding approximately 5:00 p.m.), or
- Friday, November 20 (concluding approximately 3:00 p.m.)
Tour details and registration will be available when regular event registration opens in early September.

Parking

Overnight Valet Parking: $95 per night
Self-Parking: $65 per night at ICON Parking, 249–253 W. 43rd Street.

This is an opportunity to share insights, showcase breakthroughs, and engage with a dynamic audience shaping the future of wireless and communications technology. We welcome presentations on emerging trends, real-world applications, and forward-looking ideas across the field. Whether your perspective is technical, strategic, or visionary, your voice can help drive meaningful dialogue and progress.

Join us in building a compelling program that informs, inspires, and connects our community. Your presentation should be no longer than 20 minutes in length, allowing for Q & A. Submit your proposal and be part of the conversation. Only complete submissions will be considered.
