NBC Studio Tour

• Time: Afternoon

• Cost: $60/pp (includes transportation)

Fellows Dinner - Frankie and Johnnie's Steakhouse

• Time: 7 p.m.
• Cost: $130/pp (includes meal, cash bar available)

Friday, Nov. 20

• Morning: Motorcoach tour of iconic sites from RCA history

• Lunch on your own (although we are working on something special)

• Afternoon: Private tour of the comms center of the Empire State Building

• Security: Real ID or passport required

• Cost: $60 (includes transportation)

Saturday, Nov. 22 – Main Events

8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. – Technical Symposium

• Breakfast and lunch included for paid attendees

• Poster Presentations by university students will be presented midday

• Fully in-person; recorded for later online viewing

Technical Symposium pricing is $125/members, $150/non-members
Awards Banquet pricing is $225/members, $275/non-members
Bundled pricing to attend both events is $300/members, $375/non-members

5:30 p.m. – Cocktail Reception

7:00–10:00 p.m. – 116th Awards Banquet
