About this event
This year's events are taking place at the Westin Times Square on Saturday, November 23, 2024
The 2024 Technical Symposium will run from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., and will be a completely in-person event. There is no virtual option this year.
The 115th Awards Presentation takes place from 7-10 p.m., and includes a Presentation by Dr. Robert Wilson, Nobel Laureate and co-discoverer of the Big Bang.
This year we are recognizing a very deserving group of awardees and inducting a fine group of Fellows.

Choose this option during registration, we will provide the table diagram closer to the event. What an excellent way to honor an award or Fellow recipient!
Awards registrants will have the opportunity to choose their entree during the registration process, and also indicate if there is someone they would like to be seated with, or even register their entire table of 8 at one time.
We are offering a cocktail hour between these events, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
We have some incredible tours planned this year, the InfoAge Museum, the Horn Antenna, and the AT&T Middletown Museum. You have the opportunity to register for the full day of tours (taking place Thursday November 21) during registration, with a nominal fee to offset the cost of transportation and admissions. Lunch is on your own at the Bell Labs Eero Saarinen location.
