2024 Technical Symposium, Awards Banquet, and Area Tours Registration
This year's events are taking place at the Westin Times Square on Saturday, November 34, 2024
The 2024 Technical Symposium will run from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., and will be a completely in-person event. There is no virtual option this year.
The 115th Awards Presentation takes place from 7-10 p.m., and includes a Keynote Presentation by Dr. Robert Wilson, Nobel Laureate and co-discoverer of the Big Bang.
This year we are recognizing a very deserving group of awardees and inducting a fine group of Fellows.

Choose this option during registration, we will provide the table diagram closer to the event.
What an excellent way to honor an award or Fellow recipient!
Awards registrants will have the opportunity to choose their entree during the registration process, and also indicate if there is someone they would like to be seated with, or even register their entire table of 8 at one time.
We are offering a cocktail hour between these events, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
We have some incredible tours planned this year, the InfoAge Museum, the Horn Antenna, and the AT&T Middletown Museum. You have the opportunity to register for the full day of tours (taking place Thursday November 21) during registration, with a nominal fee to offset the cost of transportation and admissions. Lunch is on your own at the Bell Labs Eero Saarinen location.

Details:
We start the day departing the Westin for the InfoAge Wireless Museum. From InfoAge we will stop at the Eero Saarinen Bell Labs for lunch, where they have a great spot to grab a bite. After lunch we head to the Horn Antenna and wrap up at the AT&T Middletown Museum. We should be back at the Westin by 5:30.

Driving yourself, we recommend meeting the tour group at the InfoAge Wireless Museum. We start the day departing the Westin for the InfoAge Wireless Museum. We should be back at the Westin by 5:30.

We will depart the Westin at 8:30 a.m. and head to NYU, where we will spend the morning in the NYU Wireless Laboratories. We will return to the Westin by 1:30.
