The Education Committee "Wish List"

The RCA Education Committee has invited certain pre-screened schools to submit a wish list of equipment or materials they are in need of to enhance their radio/technology programs.  We ask that if any of you would like to donate any of the items on the list below from  Jim Hendershot, RCA Education Committee member, that you please contact Carole Perry at  wb2mgp@gmail.com or (718)668-9347.
 
WISH LIST:
 
1)  PC for running Ham Radio software.  I have a lead on this one, so I might not need that soon.
2)  A couple of good lightning arrestors.
3)  A 2 or 3 position coax switch for HF.
4)  A 1:1 balun to make a good broadband wire dipole antenna.
5)  An antenna rotor for the HF beam.
6)  A digital interface for HF digital modes, such as a Tigertronics Signalink or similar.
7)  License study guides for the kids (probably starting with the technician class, we'll worry about the rest later).
8)  An HF wattmeter
